Let’s us get you into details: As many hand-woven weavers in the city are now getting into the aging group and rare people willing to keep this due to the slow production process acquired timing and patient. We decided to run our bag collection using primary material from hand-loom weave textile with our fine genuine leather bag craftsmanship. This is not only to safeguard a traditional value to live in today modern value but also the uniqueness of the self-made material created our bags talk individually. So we believe TORBOON bags will give the user multi joys considering the tradition and custom, supporting fine and high quality local craft, individual styling (your own texture/skin as we limit the quantity of each fabric pattern and color). Appreciation of true craft that function and run with you every day and everywhere for the city life.

✪ Material & Proof of Sustainable Design “weaving good deed”
We use more than 85% of degradable fiber such as 100% cotton and genuine leather. We selected supply chain who also believe in sustainable practice, worker’s quality of life and surroundings. The best choice of quality of long lasting material is one of our top concern when we design bag. Our cotton yarn is 100% pure quality fiber taken from India and spun in Bangkok Thailand. Then another supply chain will combine single yarn to multiple yarn and finely twisted into different thickness as required. Our working place is surrounded with teak-wood plantation where the air generates natural breath to our teams both weavers and bag makers. Monthly we spent about 1,500 - 2,000 Baht to the electricity bill as we mostly use human energy. Apart from that we have passes through the process of acquiring Green Production Certificate granted by Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. Also proof of water-base glue supplier and leather tannery have given us the certificate of purchase.
